Install

Husk is not on the App Store. You sideload it. iOS 15.5 or later.

The usual path is SideStore (or AltStore): add the source at itslevii.dev/repo.json, install Husk, and take updates from there.

SideStore or AltStore

  1. Install SideStore or AltStore if you do not already have one.
  2. Open Sources, tap +, and paste:
https://itslevii.dev/repo.json
  1. Open the source, install Husk, and trust the developer if iOS asks. The same source also lists AetherPS4, Utsuro (alpha), Podium and Fathom.

On a computer you can jump straight in with:

altstore://source?url=https://itslevii.dev/repo.json

Refresh Husk from the store before the seven-day signing window runs out, the same as any other sideloaded app.

IPA by hand

  1. Download Husk.ipa from Releases.
  2. Open it in SideStore, AltStore, or TrollStore.

One IPA is used for all of them. A sideloader re-signs it with your Apple ID. TrollStore keeps Husk’s own entitlements.

TrollStore

Install the same IPA in TrollStore. Persistence is permanent; you do not refresh every seven days. JIT can be granted from TrollStore on iOS before 26 (see JIT).

First launch

Husk walks through language, region, and how games run (JIT or Play without JIT). You can skip certificate import and do it later from Settings › Play without JIT.

Then:

  1. Turn on JIT, or import a certificate if you want games that run without it.
  2. Add an APK from Files, Sharesheet, or the Store tab. See Adding games.

Next

Husk is GPL-2.0-or-later. App names belong to their owners.
